Touching Videos can help SCHOOL create an End of the Year Video that helps SCHOOL commemorate the special events that shaped teachers and students over the last school year. Touching Videos service covers:

 -          Production, postproduction and video editing from the footage obtained from the School performances.

-          Quality, custom-made recording of student’s special performances

-          DVD will be delivered to parents with a personalized cover. Individual images will be special edited by pre event agreement with parent.

-          DVD copies will be delivered to parents on request and paid by them. Each parent will pay Touching Videos $25.00 for a single copy.

-          We will include photographs. Player's baby and growing-up photos offer a nice touch for mentioned above video production.

-          Touching Videos will put together a highlight tape of SCHOOL’ program for the year.

-           There will be no charge for the school.  Instead, Touching Videos will give $5.00 per every sold DVD.

-          Dates and hours

-          Printed releases forms from all the people will be showing in the video brochure.

-          A letter from SCHOOL will be sending to the parents and/ or students informing that only Touching Videos will be allowed to use camcorders during school plays.

-          Memo to parents reinforcing the importance of respect the copyrights from the videos and advantages to pre order the DVDs.

-          List from with the parents that request a video copy before the performance takes effect. This will help the videographers take personal images from the students for their personalized DVD cover.
